Erin G

First, a commendation to Erin G. and her staff for seeking ways to find light through the grief of her mom’s passing a few years back.

Readers may recall Erin from another Dignity newsletter. In 2015, Erin traveled to Disney World as the first recipient of the Dream Maker Fund. This fund is raised almost entirely from staff donations and was established for individuals with developmental disabilities who do not have the financial means to attain lifelong dreams.

During her lifetime, Erin’s mom became a hair donor to Wigs for Kids, whose mission is Helping Children Look Themselves and Live Their Lives. After her mom’s passing, Erin chose to carry on support of this worthy cause.

September marked Erin’s first donation to Wigs for Kids. With the support of her staff, Erin grew and maintained her locks according to the organization’s guidelines and made her first donation in memory of her mom.
