The Floberg Family is working on a new training curriculum for all new staff members. The goal of the project is to promote a high performance, fun and learning based culture. As an agency our goal is to have our staff bleed blue by living out our mission and values.

Each individual that teaches the coursework must audition through the Floberg Shark Tank. This is a fun process where interested staff must teach the existing faculty team something in no less than 5 minutes and no more than 15 minutes. The only other requirement is that the training must be fun! This is done to ensure that each faculty member is passionate about teaching and can present topics in a fun and interesting manner. So far the team is composed of a person served, a DSP, several Management staff, and our CEO!
