Goldie Floberg staff and clients are proud to be a part of the statewide Commit to the Community Campaign. The goal is to help educate our legislators, Governor Rauner, and our community about the needs of people with disabilities and the impact budget cuts would have on them. Service providers like the Center have not received an increase in funding since 2008. Since 2002, the developmental disabilities service field has received a total of 9.5% increase while inflation has increased 29.9% during the same time frame.
