What’s the opposite of outsmarting someone? That’s right…you in-smart them by sharing knowledge. That’s exactly what a team of Goldie Floberg leaders did at the Illinois Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (IARF) on October 7th and 8th. Our team presented on our Cinematic Action-Based Instruction (CABI) system for staff training, our staff coaching system in the Death of Discipline, and on our efforts to create career development opportunities and increase work/life balance to retain Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals. Team Floberg was a big hit, presenting to packed rooms. Goldie’s Gourmet Goodies also provided delicious outside-in cupcakes for the gift boxes given out at the end of the conference. It was an all around fantastic experience. Thank you for letting us be part of your Conference IARF!!
